At Steel Power Shelving, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of our standard and extended warranty coverage, ensuring our customers receive the support they need for their shelving solutions.
1. Standard Warranty
All Steel Power Shelving products come with a 12-month standard warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
2. Extended Warranty
For customers who wish to extend their coverage, we offer a 1 or 3 years Extended Warranty for additional peace of mind. This extended plan provides the same level of protection as the standard warranty for a total of 24 or 48 months.
3. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing Defects: Faults in materials or workmanship.
- Structural Integrity: Issues affecting the performance of shelves, beams, and uprights under recommended loading conditions.
- Parts Replacement: Repair or replacement of defective components at no additional cost.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or overloading.
- General wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damages.
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Environmental factors such as moisture, rust, or corrosion resulting from improper storage or use.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and details of the issue, including photos or videos if possible.
- Our team will assess your claim and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
If approved, Steel Power Shelving will repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost.
6. Limitations of Liability
Steel Power Shelving’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
