If you want to use this product as a workbench You will need to carry out modifications. Connections between legs and benchtop are a jam fit only.. For practical use you need to supply and fit bolts & nuts to ensure it stays locked together… the benchtop itself is very thin metal plate. Not suitable to mount a vice. To rectify this i purchased a 2 M Practica timber 28mm thick benchtop from Bunnings for$129 and fixed it to the steel bench from underneath so screws didnt show on the top of the bench… These mods made it a suitable work bench…. Without these mods the steel bench is not suitable for working on

Perfect for my needs great bench

Ordering process and delivery from this company was very good. The frame was very sturdy but the bench top thin tin and not supportive of doing work on. The top certainly wouldn’t take 600kg weight. I will need something additional on the top for it to be suitable to work on. We thought we were missing nuts & bolts. It took some back & forth with supplier to resolve the issue which was incorrect assembly instructions provided. Overall reasonably happy with the product and service provided.

Arrived quickly, super easy to assemble and looks great.

That being said... I did think there would be a bit more weight in them though being made from steel however my 8yo son could lift one end of the 2m workbench no trouble at all. The metal used to constcut them is quite thin which is probably why they weigh so little. That may not be an issue but will have to see.

I tihnk they will need a little bit of weight on them otherwise they will likely slide around the floor with little force.

Time will tell if they are robust enough.

Happy with the quality and might look at buying some shelving too!
