Absolutely appalling experience. I spent thousands of dollars on shelving, workbenches and storage cabinets, only for them to arrive extensively damaged. This wasn't one scratched panel it was damage throughout the entire order. Scratched shelving legs, buckled panels, warped shelves and dented cabinets. It honestly looked like I'd been sent damaged stock instead of brand-new products.

What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of accountability. Every single time I called, I was put through to the same person, Jocelyn, who was completely unhelpful. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, yet despite being told someone would contact me, no manager ever had the decency to pick up the phone or return my calls.

Instead of owning the problem, I was sent in circles. Every response was another request for more photos, more explanations and more information, despite the damage being obvious from the dozens of photos I'd already provided. It genuinely felt like they were trying to wear me down rather than resolve the issue.

I wasted hours taking photos, writing emails and chasing updates, only to be met with excuses and delays. I was left with thousands of dollars' worth of damaged products taking up my garage while this company refused to take responsibility for a problem that should never have happened in the first place.

The products were poor, the customer service was even worse, and the after-sales support was non-existent. I will now be taking this matter further. Save yourself the stress and buy from a company that actually stands behind the products they sell.

Product was disappointingly flimsy held together by only two screws. On the upside, postage was quick.
